Bachelor of Built Environment (Honours) (Construction Management and Quantity Surveying)

With many major developments planned for South East Queensland over the next 10 years in the lead-up to the Brisbane 2032 Olympics, there’s never been a more exciting time to start your construction and quantity surveying career.  

From housing developments and hotels, transport, schools, sporting facilities and more, you’ll learn to coordinate and supervise the construction and maintenance of large and complex projects, and how to provide advice to the construction industry on the financial and legal aspects of building operations and construction. You’ll be able to directly apply that knowledge to real-world projects on largescale construction projects in Queensland.

Campus Information

Gardens Point

Gardens Point campus is located in Brisbane's city centre, beside the Brisbane River and adjacent to the City Botanic Gardens and Queensland Parliament House. At the centre of the campus is the Old Government House which was built in 1862 and re-opened in 2009.The faculties of Business, Law, and Science and Engineering are based at this campus.
