Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is a three-year program that provides students with foundational knowledge and skills in psychology as part of a comprehensive liberal arts program. Through this program, students gain a deep understanding of how human behaviour, cognitive functions, and emotional processes work based on evidence and conceptual research. They also learn about how physiological and biological processes can influence cognitive and emotional states, individual development and behaviour.
A psychology degree is relevant to many career paths. Graduates will discover that studies in psychology are widely transferable and valuable across many industries and complement studies in areas such as the law, human resources and management, sociology, behavioural science, data analytics and social justice.
Students explore the diagnosis and treatment of mental health difficulties while examining scientific methods used to analyse a wide range of topics related to mental health and behaviour. To further expand their knowledge, students can choose from a variety of second majors or minors that can complement their psychology studies and cater to their individual interests.

Fremantle Campus
Our foundation Campus is located in the historic West End of the port city of Fremantle, south of Perth. Housed within beautifully restored heritage buildings, it provides a ‘town university’ of great character. The iconic Campus is close to the Fremantle Harbour, cafe?s, shops and the famous ‘Cappuccino Strip’, and all major transport hubs.
Sydney Campus
Our Sydney Campus is based across two sites – Broadway and Darlinghurst – both located in the vibrant social hub of the harbour city. The Broadway site is at the heart of Sydney’s uni precinct, a short walk from Central Station and close to Darling Harbour. Darlinghurst is situated to the east of the CBD, nestled in Sydney’s shopping and cafe district.

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years
