Graduate Certificate in Property Development

The Graduate Certificate in Property Development offers an entry pathway to the Master of Property Development ( C04008 ) for students who have professional experience in property but do not have an appropriate undergraduate qualification, or who have a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field.

The course gives property development students an introduction to the principles and practice of sustainable urban development, and experience in developing a plan for a real-world urban renewal site. The course provides students with a combination of experiential learning experiences, teamwork and exposure to practical skills development, together with a thorough understanding of economic, environmental and other knowledge underpinning urban management and development.
