PgC Interpersonal Violence and Abuse Studies
If you have a background in psychology, sociology or criminology, our course is ideal for gaining greater insight into the effects of being abusive or being abused. You'll develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a broad range of topics pertinent to interpersonal violence and abuse. We look at the impact of abuse in different international, cultural and social contexts, and you'll have the chance to examine practice and research from theoretical perspectives. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
English Language: IELTS 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each section (or equivalent).
Masters, PgC or PgD - 6.5 (with at least 5.5 in each component)
MSc Occupational Therapy, MSc Physiotherapy and MA Social Work - 7.0 (with no less than 6.5 in any one section)
PhD - 6.0 in the 4 areas: Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing with an overall score of 6.5
